ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to make a purchase on our site, you will be required to provide your personal details. For such purchases, you must provide your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Moreover, you will be required to supply payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the individual referred to in the billing information provided. The site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Tricouni™ eligibility terms, who have been issued a valid credit card or other bank card accepted by Tricouni™, by a bank acceptable to Tricouni™, whose applications are acceptable to Tricouni™ and who have authorised Tricouni™ to process a charge or charges on their card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and may not be re-sold or used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items appearing in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until checkout. Where available, we offer you the opportunity to pre-order items that are currently in production or that have sold out and are on back-order. When you place an order for one of these items, you are placed on a priority wait list to be among the first to receive your selection once it becomes available. You will only be charged for wait list items when they become available for shipment. Please be aware if delays occur due to production problems, we will attempt to notify you by email.
Tricouni™ will retain a record of your transactions for a minimum of twelve calendar months.
You will be charged in British Pounds, though your local bank may convert the transaction and other charges using their available foreign currency exchange rates and bill you in your local currency. All prices include VAT. At this time we are unable to provide a tax-back service for our online customers. If you believe you qualify for a VAT-exempt sale and would like to contact us, please do so at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Once your place your order, you will receive confirmation acknowledging the details of your order. This confirmation is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the sales contract between you and Tricouni™ will be completed when we confirm that the goods have been sent. The contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third-party payment processor nor our courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Tricouni™.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain payment authorisation, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular product or order, that the item ordered is not available or does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out within our T&Cs. We may also decline to process and therefore refuse a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third-party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website whether or not that product has been sold, removing, reviewing or editing content on the site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending a transaction. Tricouni™ cannot guarantee our website will be error-free.
The website in question may contain typing errors, inconsistences, inaccuracies or omissions, for example relating to the price or availability of the merchandise or the information provided on the merchandise. Tricouni™ reserves the right to correct such errors, inconsistences, inaccuracies or omissions, even after an order proposal has been sent, and also reserves the right to alter or update information at our sole discretion without prior notice. If we discover an error in the pricing of merchandise in your order, we will inform you as soon as practicable. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for merchandise that was advertised or listed at an incorrect price; we reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order merchandise that is priced inaccurately for any reason, we will contact you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the pertinent part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full transaction amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled whilst in transit, we will process your refund once the merchandise has been returned to us.
During our transaction process, you may check out as a guest. For privacy reasons, we do not store credit card details in our database. Instead, all of our credit and debit card transactions are conducted by our provider Stripe, a California-based company, and/or any of is subsidiaries (“Stripe”). Tricouni™ accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. During checkout, personal information will be required including your name, email address, phone number(s), home address, shipping and billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfil your order. These are not stored permanently. These details will only be used to allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.
First-time orders must be sent to the cardholder's billing or work address. This process is for security reasons. To ensure that you do not experience delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered accurately. If you prefer to place an order directly, please contact email@example.com.
