Our heritage lies in equipping explorers, inventing and innovating, creating luxury outerwear for the modern pioneer.

Our founder, FĂ©lix-Valentin "Tricouni" Genecand, was a Geneva-based climbing enthusiast and jeweller renowned for his technical inventions that propelled pioneers to the summit of the world.

His most notable invention was the Tricouni "clou" in the early 1900s, the climbing nail worn by George Mallory and Ernest Shackleton on their respective historic voyages.
