DELIVERY AND RETURNS
GENERAL CONDITIONS MENU
Tricouni™ currently ships to the European Union, including the UK, Norway, Switzerland and the U.S. Delivery to other regions is planned for the near future. For shipping options see either SHIPPING COST or select your country when making a purchase in order to reveal the options available to your country of residence and the costs entailed. We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each destination.
To estimate the total delivery time for immediately available items, please allow up to two business days from your order date to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time required for delivery. For shipping times see either SHIPPING COST or select your country when making a purchase in order to reveal the options available to your country of residence and the costs entailed. To estimate the total delivery time for pre-ordered items, please refer to your order confirmation for your estimated shipping dates.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please be aware that the dates provided are only estimates, and that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated. In the event of a delay notified to you by Tricouni™ you wish to cancel your order any amount already paid shall be reimbursed as soon as possible. In all cases this reimbursement shall be no later than 30 days of the date of receipt of your notification of cancellation of the order.
Tricouni™ cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
Delivery charges are indicated separately on the order confirmation. When making your purchase select your country in order to see the shipping cost and options available. Please note that the shipping charges do not include customs charges, which will be assessed by your local customs bureau upon receipt in your own country.

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Tricouni™ to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.
To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Tricouni™ and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
At the time of delivery of the products by the courier, you are required to verify:
(i) that the number of items being delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note; and
(ii) that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any manner. Any damages to the packaging and/or the product, or discrepancies in the number of items or documentation must be immediately indicated in writing on the courier’s delivery note. Once the courier’s document has been signed and no objection has been raised, you may not make any objection to the exterior characteristics of the consigned parcel.
Tricouni™ cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Due to international trading agreements and regulations Tricouni™ must adhere to particular shipping restrictions. As we cannot deliver particular products to certain countries or postcodes, we recommend that you select a different shipping destination.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tricouni™ will send you emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Should you have any questions during the process, please email email@example.com.
All prices include VAT. At this time we are unable to provide a tax-back service for any of our online customers. If you believe you qualify for VAT-exempt sale and would like to contact us, please do so at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Products purchased from the website will arrive in Tricouni packaging, protected by a transit box.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To create a return or exchange, simply contact us at email@example.com, quoting your order number, and we will respond to your request as quickly as possible. You will be asked to fill in the returns form included with each delivery, clearly indicating the code of the product to be returned. Please note that at this time we can only offer an exchange for a different size of the same item. All new orders are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
A request for a return or exchange must be made within 7 business days of the date of delivery and the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Tricouni™.
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can modify your order and will make every effort to accommodate your request. If you need to make any amendments, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Dispatched products can however be returned as set out in these general conditions. This paragraph does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
For online purchases, Tricouni™ will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned if it meets our returns policy, a copy of which will be included with your delivery. Tricouni™ reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our returns requirements.
Products purchased online cannot be reimbursed or exchanged at Tricouni™ stockists.
All merchandise purchased through a stockist must be returned or exchanged at the stockist.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Your refund will be issued to the card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded, unless your items are faulty, or your order is cancelled under the ICASRs.
All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns to Tricouni™ will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the notification of the cancellation of your order. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited. You will incur no fee for returning or exchanging your order.
To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy, please send it back from the same country to which it was delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs.
We recommend that items are returned via courier or with a signed for service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we will not accept liability for any loss.
For online purchases, Tricouni™ will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the returns/exchange form, original Tricouni™ packaging and all labelling intact and attached to the item. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
In the event that you are seeking replacement due to defective goods, the replacement product shall be sent to you without any additional delivery charge. If a product sold by Tricouni™ has manufacturing defects or in any case of alleged lack of conformity of products sold by Tricouni™ please contact our customer care center immediately at email@example.com.
Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
You have the right to have the products brought into compliance free of charge by repair or replacement, or, in case of failure of one of the remedies above, to have an appropriate reduction made in the price of the products.
Tricouni™ cannot guarantee our website will be error-free. The website in question may contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions, for example relating to the price or availability of the product or in the information provided on the product. Tricouni™ reserves the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, even after an order proposal has been sent, and also reserves the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
Tricouni™ will not be liable under these general conditions for any damage or loss caused by Tricouni™, its employees or its agents in circumstances where there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by Tricouni™ or by any of Tricouni’s™ employees or agents, where such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach and so is an indirect or consequential loss and any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any term of these general conditions.
